Electronic journal registration of clients 2
The program Electronic journal of clients registration 2 is a network version of the program, which is a separate registry that uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 database. The program EJRC 2 can use common with the program Geodetic Information System database6.
The registry consists of invoices database, contracts, and acts to implement the land cadastre works, databases of payment orders,tax invoices base and module of estimates calculation. The establishment of accounts can be performed manually or automatically from the program Geodetic Information System 6.
Invoices, contracts, certificates of delivery and performance of work and tax invoices are created from Fast Report 3 templates. The user can adjust both generated documents and document templates, as well as export them to different formats. The program provides tracking of implementation of individual stages of work and consideration of documents received from the customer. The module allows you to calculate the estimates using any collection of prices and a convenient window for options. The user can create templates for different types of estimates of work and correct list of items for a single budget bill.

The program allows administrator to grant different permission for separate Users and conducts the analysis of creation and editing of users records . Available function of results choice allows to choose data according to a few options. The creation of simple invoices number or triple number that has not only serial number but also the number of department and monthis also forseen . Every invoice has a unique barcode which can be printed on documents and used for rapid search with using of barcode scanner.
