GIS 6 Agro

GIS 6 Agro - a network version of the program for managing agricultural company land bank. The program provides functionality for keeping records of land plots, fields crop rotation, all types ownership and land plots use, makes it possible to monitor the duration of lease agreements and exchange information with external solutions. Advanced analytical and search tools allow you to quickly find the area, analyze information and print reports. Built-in map module MapDraw 2 provides the ability to display layers: land, fields, crop rotation, on-farm device, soil characteristics, rent, etc. In addition, the module allows you to download pictures from public map servers, such as: Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine, Google Map and others. There is the ability of customize the display land by various parameters, for example, depending on the number of days before the end the lease. The integrated FastReport module allows you to create templates for generating reports any complexity and content.

GIS 6

Geodesic Informative System 6 is a network version of the program that allows to execute the complex of tasks from cameral works to the registration card and exchange file. Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 can be used as SQL of sql-server . Databases can be divided into registers of: certificates,land parcels, real estate, technical documentation, state acts, contracts of tenancy, registration cards, books of registration. Registers have separate windows in the program. Operative statistical information is conducted on state acts, books of registration and registration cards. We can also separately distinguish a presence in the program of the module of MapDraw, which gives the possibility of connecting and display of external raster and vector layers of ArcView/ArcGis together with internal layers: land parcels, cadastre blocks, types of land cadastre, soil characteristic, easements, limits and rent. You can combine the display of map with the display of attributive information.

EJRC 2

The program "The Electronic journal of registration of clients 2" is a network version of the program that is a separate register, that uses the database of Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. The program EJRC 2 can use the common with the program Geodesic Informative System 6 database . A register consists of database of accounts, agreements and acts on implementation of land cadastre works, base of payments, base of tax invoices and module of calculation of estimates. An user has the opportunity to correct both the formed documents and templates of documents. Watching of implementation of the separate stages of works and account of the received documents from a customer is provided in the program. The module of calculation of estimates allows to use any collections of prices and has a comfortable window for the choice of options. The user has the opportunity to create the templates of estimates for different types of works and correct the list of points of estimate for segregated account. The program allows to set rights for access for separate users and conduct the analysis of creation and editing of records.

Smeta 2 Ukr

The "Estimates for land cadastre and design and survey work 2" is used to calculate estimates for land cadastre and design and survey work on the territory of Ukraine. The program comes with a revised price collections: "The size of payment on cadastre works and service" (№ 97/298/124, 15.06.2001), "The collection of prices for survey work for the capital construction" (1982), "The collection of prices on design and survey work on the land management" (Kiev, 1983), "Prices on design and survey work on land management and land cadastre" (1986), "Collection of enlarged estimated prices on topographic and geodetic and cartografic works" (Kiev, 2003), Decree number 100 of SLC "On adopting of single price on creating the file in "XML" format (Kiev, 2011), the Cabinet Resolution № 835 "On giving by State Agency of land resources and its teritorial bodies paid administrative services" (Kiev, 2011).
